LiteConsole XPRS/XPRSlite/XPRS Bar Lighting Gantry
The XPRS height-adjustable overhead gantry is easy to assemble and fabricated to the same high quality standard as all LiteConsole products. The gantry is compatible with the original XPRS, the XPRSlite and the XPRS Bar. The XPRS Gantry is comprised of five aluminium sections which have the same truss design as the LiteConsole side frames. The five XPRS Gantry sections ‘click’ together by using internal spring clips. The XPRS Gantry has been specifically designed with complete safety consideration and has a maximum recommended 15kg weight load of lighting fixtures evenly spread across the upper section. Power and DMX signal cables can be safely and discretely attached to the gantry sections and concealed inside the console. The XPRS Gantry can be raised to a maximum height of 2.5 m above floor level.
The standard XPRS Gantry finish is milled natural aluminium. Matte black (RAL9005) and gloss white (RAL9010) powder coated versions are available to conform with the individual finish of the LiteConsole. When using an XPRS, XPRSlite or XPRS Bar as a platform for point-of-sale (POS) or product demonstrations the XPRS Gantry is perfect for hanging publicity banners or electric signage above head height to attract potential customers. A high quality 600 denier polyester canvas bag is available as an option.

XPRS Gantry Assembly
Open the four clamps and attach the two side sections to the console frame at the required height. Make sure that the clamps are then closed as tightly as possible. Connect the three remaining sections, attach the fixture to the side sections that are clamped to the console and secure it by squeezing the spring clips. Important note! The upper gantry section must be inside/above the console not protruding outside the console. This will ensure that the weight load will be safe and stable, and will not put any forward movement pressure on the gantry. The XPRS Gantry assembly takes less than five minutes. The recommended maximum evenly spread weight load for the XPRS Gantry is 15kg.
